$99 Air Duct Cleaning?!?!

So we've been wondering how a company can charge $99 for an air duct cleaning. A company in our area has been advertizing $99 for 10 vents, 1 main vent, and 1 return. In little print it says mains priced separate and additional vents are $10.

Well, we found out how. The main trunk line is divided into section. Each section is about 3 foot. An average house may have several (4 - 5) sections. It's the pricing of each main section that gets the price up to $600 or more.

Be careful about cheaply priced 'coupons'. The average price is $500 +/-. Be sure to check out the company's credentials and rating with organizations like the BBB.
