We are hiring in the Chattanooga area.
We are looking for honest, reliable, hard-working, and clean-cut men or women to join our fast-growing team.
This is a physical, detail-oriented, outdoor, and indoor position that involves continual movement, operating machinery, and some lifting and lowering equipment that is usually 30 lbs but can weight up to 60-70 lbs.
Air Duct Cleaning Team Lead
Responsibilities:
-
Be professional and friendly while greeting the client, answering any questions, and other client interactions.

Perform the air duct cleaning procedures using our proprietary system along with the Air Duct Cleaning Team Associate.

Oversee the Air Duct Cleaning Team Associate.
-
Inspect the completed job
-
Ensure all necessary supplies are available for use for each job, inventory supplies, and restock supplies as needed.
-
Ensure and oversee the cleaning of equipment after each job and that equipment is in good working condition.
-
Be punctual and communicate with the client as necessary.
-
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
The ideal applicant will have excellent client interaction and driving skills.
-
Being a team player with good people skills and leadership ability is a must.
-
Ability to handle physical workload
-
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
-
Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and no criminal history.
-
HVAC field experience is not necessary- but is definitely a plus!
Entry-level position ranges from $15 to $17/hr. with plenty of room for advancement.
Working hours are generally 8 am – 5 pm and some Saturdays.
Air Duct Cleaning Team Associate
Responsibilities:

Be professional and friendly while greeting the client and other client interactions.

Perform the air duct cleaning procedures along with the Air Duct Cleaning Team Lead.

Clean and disenfect equipment after each job and inspect that equipment is in good working condition.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned

Working hours are generally 8 am – 5 pm.
We are looking to fill these positions immediately.
40-hour workweek guaranteed. Comprehensive training is provided. Earn while you learn!
